Schumacher's Six Grand Prix Victories and Macau Conquest

Ralf Schumacher, the younger brother of Formula One legend Michael Schumacher, has announced that he has come out as gay.

The 49-year-old former racing driver shared a post on Instagram saying, "I'm happy to share my journey and to open up about my sexuality. I want to show others that they can be who they are and live their lives authentically."

Ralf's announcement has been met with support from the racing community. McLaren boss Zak Brown replied to the post saying, "Awesome," while Mercedes responded with a love heart.

Ralf Schumacher won six grands prix in an 11-year career that ended in 2007. He was previously married to Cora, with whom he has a son. Schumacher also won a Macau Grand Prix in 1995 and three races in Japan.

In a recent interview, Ralf Schumacher said, "I'm proud to be who I am and to be able to share my story with others. I hope that it can help to break down barriers and to create a more inclusive world."
